Time manange #10 Active Step: Simplify – do what you love

Time Manage

Be led by your dreams…. not pushed by your problems

Enjoy your weekend when you get there

Best wishes, James :)

Can you start 30 mins earlier tomorrow?

Time manage #8. Active Step: Say no (sometimes). Be honest and assertive with bosses, colleagues, friends and family as to how much you can actually manage.

Time Manage

We all want to do as much as we can. It can feel awkward to say ‘no’ or ‘i’m not sure I can cope’. But a colleague, friend or family member will prefer upfront honesty. You never know, your boss may be willing to compromise…

Time manage #7. Active Step: Allow time. You can’t perform miracles every day – give yourself enough time to complete tasks, try not to set yourself unrealistic targets.

Time Manage

(Note to self) It’s always better to under-promise and over-achieve.

Time manage #6 Active Step: Release time

Time Manage

Is it possible to free up time in the day for what really matters?

In a working environment, correspondences can be made shorter and more concise. Meetings kept short and sharp. Where possible – delegate.

Sometimes it’s possible to release time by cutting down on certain activities – TV, surfing the web, shopping… even time in the pub.
