Take Action #2. Active Step: Prioritise your goals. Are there one (or two) that mean the most to you? Perhaps, you might focus your energies on a smaller list (or more time on the most important goals)?

Take Action

Make explicit which of your goals is most important to you.

Feel calmer, more often… Find a new job… Get a bit fitter or healthier…  Learn to play a musical instrument… Save some money…

Visualise: how would it feel to achieve these goals? Use this positive feeling to help motivate you - to propel you – to act…

Take Action #1. Active Step: Clarify goals. On your computer or a notepad, write out your principle medium to long-term goals.

Take Action

What are your current goals? (Relationship, financial, health, creative, work, living… )

Make them explicit – see them on a page.

They may change/evolve, but what are you working on achieving at the moment?

Identifying them is the first Active Step, what is the next?

Introduction to Take Action

Take Action

I think that, to a certain extent, we are responsible for most of what we do and how we feel in our lives.

Some people will have the good fortune to be born into the world healthier, richer and into more stable families, but we all make of this adventure what we can, don’t we?

I, you, we can feel more like how we want to feel. We can do more of the things we want to do. The world is ours (for a minute)!

Taking action is the key to changing things for the better – for reducing stress, feeling calmer and more positive on a day-to-day basis.

Taking action is the key to continue to move towards our goals in life, whatever they may be.

One ‘action’ – one Active Step at a time is all it takes…
