Take Action #9. Active Step: Keep going… through the good and the bad days, successes and failures, confidence and self-doubt – don’t give up…

Keep visualising achieving your goal(s) and remember the good reasons for reaching them.

Focus on the good stuff – what you have done well. Try not to get too bogged down in negative thoughts or feelings which we all experience from time to time.

Sure-fire ways to re-energise if you’re feeling a bit low:

1) Look at examples of your best ‘work’. Remind yourself of what you are capable of and know that your BEST work is yet to come if you persist.

2) Talk to people that share your ‘vision’. Tell them if you’re having self-doubts or other issues, they will help support you and pick you up.

3) Write out some positive personal affirmations such as - ”I can do this – believe and keep going”. Say it – out loud – 20 times and feel yourself grow.

 4) Plan your next 5 Active Steps and make a start… each small step is a success.

Take Action #8. “If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.” ~ Frank A. Clark

Take Action #6. Active Step: Allocate time. Put aside some chunks of time this week for your most important ‘goals’. Write this in your diary and on your calendar.
